Recommended Protocol
- Obtain Liquid Argon from Cryogen supplier
- Obtain Liquid Cryogen DEWARS from supplier
- Obtain Delivery Drones from Drone mfg
- EVACUATE
- Transfer Liquid Argon into dewar using a metal line
- Use DRONES, winches & cables to deliver dewars to the center of the forest fire.
- Expansion Ratio of Liquid Argon 847 :1

Dewars
- Always work in a well ventilated area.
- Cylinders and dewars should not be filled to more than 80% of capacity.
- Seal Dewar Transfer valves to prevent air from entering the dewar and freezing, resulting in a plug inside the dewar. This prevents the pressure relief valves from working.
- Never seal Pressure Relief Valves on a cryogenic system or dewar.
- Liquid Cryogens suppress forest fires by displacing Oxygen and rapidly lowering the temperature of combustion, therefore it is imperative that the area is fully evacuated of Fire Personnel, people & pets.
- Wear Protective Eye Gear
- Use Cryogenic GLOVES.
- Wear Close-toed shoes (without mesh tops) .
- Place dewar by itself in an elevator, walk to floor before dewar arrives. Need 2 people to coordinate.
